With the automatic Zoom integration, you won't need to manually update your live stream URL - see here to set this up. We recommend using Zoom as your Live Streaming platform but any platform that offers a shareable meeting link can be used. Open your account, set up the appropriate meetings and find the shareable meeting URL.

If participants are required to have their camera turned on for your class, please add this requirement to your activity description or as an 'Informational notice'.

If you have a single URL that never changes, you can update this link from the Activities section of your portal. Head to 'Activities', and click 'Edit' of the activity you'd like to amend. Scroll down to the live stream section underneath the timetable, ensure 'Live Stream Only' is selected and then copy and paste your live stream URL into this box. Click 'Approve' when you're finished.

Important note: you must only copy and paste the live stream URL into this box - anything additional will cause your live stream URL to be invalid and your members will not be able to join the class. See below for examples:

If each class has a unique URL, go to the 'Classes' section of your portal, copy and paste the live stream URL into the corresponding class' 'Live Stream URL' box, and click 'Update Live Stream' to save. You'll need to do this for each class individually.

Share the link to your MoveGB profile page with your customers so that they can see and book your classes.

As your classes will now be displayed to any user on Move and thousands of pay-as-you-go customers, your classes will then be bookable by people all over the country, so ask your members to leave a review and this will help you showcase how awesome your classes are to all those browsing the site.
