How do I cancel my MoveGB subscription?

It's super easy to deactivate your MoveGB account. Just visit your 'Account' page and then tap the deactivate button in your settings.

We do not require any notice periods on full memberships if you're not planning to use your membership the following month so you will need to ensure the account is set to cancel before your next renewal date. Alternatively, When you join Move with our Β£1 you'll have 14 days before your first payment. If you don't find what you're looking for during those 14 days and don't want to continue, you can cancel at any time.

Please note that you will not be able to cancel your account if you have bookings scheduled for beyond your next payment date.

To bypass this, simply head to your Bookings and cancel any upcoming sessions then attempt cancellation again. If you need any help at all, please do reach out to our friendly team at [email protected] 😊

When you're ready to start your activities again then just log back into your MoveGB app to purchase a membership.
