Simply Log into your MoveGB reception portal using your Business ID and PIN, and click 'Use Reception' to get to your Move Portal, then click the 'Activities' tab.
Here you can see a list of the activities that you offer through Move and their current status:
Draft - not currently showing on the site
Approved - showing on the site
Waiting for Approval - your latest edits are being approved by the Move team
To change the activity time click 'Edit', you'll be taken through to edit that activity where you'll be able to amend the days, times and description and images if needed.
Once you've finished editing, just hit the 'Submit for Approval' button! This will send a notification to our Support team so that they can ensure that your listing has everything it needs to go live on the site.
If you wish to add a new class to your timetable, simply click the ‘Add Activity’ button located above the list of your current activities.
From here you will be able to edit the new activity. This includes creating a title, activity description, uploading an image, and listing the day/s and time/s the activity takes place.
Once completed, select the 'Submit for Approval' button to notify the partner support team the activity is ready for review.
