Move's response to the COVID-19 situation

The health and safety of all Movers and Partners within the community is our highest priority, and we also want to do whatever we can to support local businesses.


We know that with the COVID-19 situation everyone has a lot on their mind, so we've been working around the clock to put in place some initiatives to help support you and your favourite activity providers.


1. Live Class Streaming

We've launched Move At Home, the UK's largest live activity class streaming platform with features to help activity providers make their classes available to you online so you can check in from home, staying active whilst also supporting your local activity providers income.


2. Activity Provider Support Fund

Many of our activity partners are small independent businesses and this period will be difficult for them, so we're implementing an Activity Provider Support Fund. By opting into the Activity Provider Support Fund you're ensuring that the providers you attended in February 2020 (before COVID) get paid at least the same from you this month even if you are unable to attend at all.

3. Unused visits will roll over so don't worry if you miss a few workouts

If you chose not to donate to the Activity Provider Fund, we’ll roll over unused attendances for those who cannot make their usual workouts to the following month so your membership isn't wasted. Here's how it works.


4. Premium at-home fitness videos included in your membership

We've teamed up with one of the UK's leading providers to offer Move members free access to premium at-home workout video classes. Log into your Members area to register for your free access.


5. Waived No-Show Fees

We are encouraging all partners to waive no shows fees related to COVID-19 (Move does not charge No-Show fees however some of the partners in our network do and we facilitate the payments).
