The bookings tab on the menu will show you your upcoming bookings and any pending booking requests that need action.
We’ve made it as easy as possible for your end users to book classes, with all bookings being automatically accepted as default. You are able to see a list of bookings under ‘All Bookings’ and can toggle between ‘see all bookings’ or ‘see upcoming bookings’ in the bottom left-hand corner. Customers can book onto a class up until 5 minutes before the start time.
If you would prefer to limit your class sizes and give end users a more personalised and tailored class experience, you can opt to take booking requests via email or SMS as opposed to automatically being accepted - just contact us to switch.
If you have any new bookings, you'll notice a red banner at the top of your portal to remind you to respond to your bookings:
Clicking Accept/Class Full will email the customer to let them know whether they're booked in. If neither is clicked, the system will auto-decline once the start time of the class is reached.
