Both MoveGB and our Move Partners do what we can to ensure that we fill all possible class slots. To show that you attended a session, you need to check in on the Move App or mobile site ✔
You are able to cancel a booking on MoveGB at anytime. You will receive the session back and any fee associated with the class will be refunded.
If you cancel a class within the venues late cancellation window, you will be advised this before the cancellation is confirmed. Any late cancel or no show fee applicable will be listed, and if you cancel the class you accept that the fee may be applied.
If you are looking to swap your booking to another day, we would recommend calling the venue directly to let them know you cannot attend. They may be happy to waive the late cancellation fee, or let you swap the booking - however this is up to them 👍
How much is a no-show or late cancellation fee?
The charge for a late cancellation or for not attending a booked session depends on the venue and will cost no more than the drop in rate of the session. If you do get charged a fee, you will receive an email the next day via Move to let you know, and you will be charged on your Move account 5 days later.
Move does not make any money off no-show or late cancellation fees - it's a feature that lets venues choose to charge one to help them prevent empty spaces in their classes (we call it lost love! 💔)
