A summary of finding and managing your bookings as a MoveGB member
Finding an activity
When logged into your account, use the 'Search activities or venues' field at the top of the screen.
Enter key words that relate to the activity or venue you'd like to try out and hit 'Enter' to search.
Don't forget to check out our 'Video on Demand' section if you'd like to jump onto a pre-recorded class at any time, anywhere!
You can narrow down the search to find the right activities for you by using the following filters:
Location - The location of your activity search
Day - Select 'any day' or specific date depending on your availability
Time - Set a time range to filter out any session taking place an an unsuitable time
Activity Format - Search for live streams, in-person classes or both
Distance - Set the search radius you're happy to travel to within the location set for the activity search
Booking an activity
Once you've found the right activity, get the ball rolling by selecting 'Book Now'. You'll then see an informative activity screen where you can check out the description, venue information and contact details for the activity provider.
As a Mover, you can book a maximum of 2 weeks ahead of time (many activities run multiple times in a week too!), so select the specific day and time you'd like to book and hit 'Book' to continue.
You'll then be taken to a booking confirmation page, so hit 'CONFIRM BOOKING'. You'll also see information on the class cancellation window and no show fee for the selected activity (if set).
We offer several booking options to support the diverse range of businesses that we partner with, here is a breakdown so you know what to expect.
Auto-accept - Your booking will be immediately and automatically confirmed
Approval - We need to confirm if there is space in the class with the Activity Provider before securing your space, you'll receive another update once the booking is confirmed
Check-in Only - You aren't required to book in advance, please check-in on arrival and show your mobile pass to the Activity Provider
External Website - You'll be directed to the Activity Providers direct website and prompted to create a free account. You'll then find a MoveGB booking option within the direct website of the Activity Provider
Phone to Book - This is most commonly used for Personal Training and Physio, you'll phone the Activity Provider and arrange a suitable appointment time.

Viewing a booking
You can see a full record of your previous and upcoming bookings in the 'Bookings' section, found at the top of the screen when logged into your account.
Attending a booking
When you arrive for your booked session, please use the 'Check-in' option to validate your attendance*.
If attending a live streamed class, you'll be provided with the attendance URL after completing check-in for your booking.
*Check-in is available 30 minutes before the class start time and until 30 minutes after the class end time.
Cancelling a booking
You can cancel a booking right up until the start time of the class, but each Activity Provider will set the notice period on booking cancellations.
If you cancel a booking within the set cancellation window, you will be liable to a late cancellation fee (set and determined by the provider), so we'd recommend reaching out to them directly too so they know that you won't be attending.
