On the rare occurrence that you have forgotten your mobile phone or have any other trouble getting into your session at a Move venue, fear not!
This is our policy to insure you against potentially losing out or missing your session. 

If you cannot check in at a venue and the member of staff on duty is not happy to admit you:

  • Pay for the session
  • Keep the receipt
  • Take a clear pic of the receipt and message us with what happened
  • We will re-credit you with Move membership credit to the value of the session (add time onto your membership). 

We will do this once at any venue as long as you have a live membership with Move at the time of the visit.
